If you're not, e-mail us at service@paperwords.com and we'll do what we can to correct the problem. Return Policy If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange within 30 days from your receipt of your order. We'll even refund the original shipping and handling costs, too. Privacy Policy Paper Words and it's online partner, CCNow, treat all customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services. Security Paper Words and its online partner, CCNow, are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. CCNow uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt sensitive data, such as personal and credit card information. When selecting products and adding them to the shopping cart, customers will be in Non-Secure Mode. Customers will be switched to Secure Mode when they press the Checkout button. A Non-Secure version of the checkout is also offered for shoppers who's browsers do not support SSL Errors on Personalized Orders Paper Words cannot be held responsible for customer errors in misspellings, typographical errors, or any omission of information on personalized cards, announcements, labels, or invitations. As the customer, it is your responsibility to make sure that all information is entered correctly on your order form. Please be sure to double-check all information when you receive the e-mail confirmation of your order. Paper Words will do its best to contact a customer should they see an error. And of course, we'll be more than happy to reprint your order, should we make an error. If you would like to see a proof of your order before we print it, be sure to let us know and we'll be happy to send it to you. Shipment of Orders Paper Words usually ships all orders within 3 to 4 days, excluding weekends or postal holidays. Because we manufacture all of the products we sell, there is a possibility shipment may be delayed during high volume periods. Paper Words will inform you if there will be a delay in shipping your order and when you can expect it to be shipped.
